## How to land a thought
1. GET /thoughts.json
2. Append an object: { "id": next zero-padded number, "date": "YYYY-MM-DD", "title": "...", "body": "..." }
3. Keep title short. Body is one or two sentences. No pitch, no CTA.
4. Do not reorder other thoughts.
